okay here's the deal...apparently i can't seem to open MY blog site in China, however i CAN enter blogger.com - so i shall happily blog away, but i can't view my website. ish.. a bit screwed up.

Anyway..well, i'm rather blown away by shanghai. Actually i think i am more blown away by it than i was by melbourne. It REALLY IS an eye-popping experience. Building are like super tall and right next to each other. Big lego city with a couple of metres between each building. and pollution! It's 10X worse than haze in malaysia...man, if robocop was here, he'd need more than his face mask. I wonder if it is ever possible to see the city skyline...doubt it.


The people here..i think this is one place in the world where the PEOPLE ARE REALLY OUT TO GET YOU. seriously. pickpockets are EVERYWHERE. and it is not just me being paranoid. Apprently we were targets this morning with a family trailing behind us looking to pickpocket us..scary shit. Everyone is trying to cheat you of your money as well and things are not thatttt cheap-well, maybe because i haven't gone proper shopping yet but so far, after conversion, they are about the same price as back home (penang).


Things on my list to do -
tailor make cheongsam & suit.
go try out the famous seow lung pau.


*sigh*. However i'll have to wait till after my dumb corps exam, speaking of which...ugh..time to get back to it. and stress over the citation bit for my ALR essay due tomorrow.
