our penal code just does wonders for the legal system we have doesn't it? and to charge him with something like "against the order of nature" or something else will have a lesser maximun sentence and it'll be another few years before the case is settled. so what happens to the life of the victim? sigh. something is very wrong when the law is letting confirm rapists walk free.
