Pilates looks like a pretty harmless exercise right? imagining i am a square, stretching, spend most of the time lying on the floor trying to suck my tor chai in, pointing toes and concentrate on inhaling & exhaling. Can't be all that hard right? WRONG. I found out i can't balance, and i can't hold my shoulders to the floor and my chin can't hold its position at my neck. The most deceiving of all?? THE PLANK. Looks easy enough, what can be so hard about making your body straight in a position of half a push up right? but goodness, even if i get it right, it is pure torture just trying to hold it there! Sure i felt great after the class- i EXERCISED. but today...today.. It explains how clumsy i found out i am and i am so achey today. i am so achey...ow ow ow...i'm a glutton for punishment.
