Is a pet considered as "property"? Like my Bibit. He *belongs* to me right? I purchased him for consideration of $25 from the pet shop near vic market. Can i assume then Bibit is my property? But hmm, he is not land, do i still have an equitable interest in him? eventhough i don't have a birth certificate or the proof of purchase for him? Is it a full equitable interest or a mere equity? What if Evelyn were to take him and sell him to a bona fide purchaser for value without notice (to some stranger walking by)- is my interest still valid? Guess not right? BUt then there is no safety fund like under the torrens system that will repay me bibit, or well, one can't even measure the amount bibit is worth. Or could i take out a mortgage on Bibit? Would i have equity of redemption on him? What if he dies before i can redeem him?

Evelyn made a friendster page for Bibit.
Bibit is my friend.
HAHAHAHAHAHA
