Labels. Everyone has them like it or not. Labels are formed based on the impression one gives others, be it good or bad. Like the guy whom when you first met didn't wipe his mouth and all you could think about was his mouth, therefore, he is, from that moment onwards called 'oily-mouth'. Your girlfriends know and you giggle over it, sorry, like it or not, he will be labeled that for life eventhough he doesn't know of his label. It wouldn't be fun if we could choose our own labels. I don't think 'the property leng chai' would like to be called 'the property leng chai'? I think he has a name, except i haven't found it out YET-but he will be etched in our memories and identified as 'the property leng chai' for life now. It is hard to ditch the labels we identify people with once we have formed them, or maybe that is just me. How Jimmy is labeled super-smart grandpa,as an easy description, just say "Jimmy the one that looks like a grandpa and scores like 100% in exams" and everyone would nod their head and go "OHHH THAT GUY!".(That was how i described him to Tse Yao). Useful stuff labels, especially when you want to identify a body and don't know thier name, and usually most people will come to about the same labels to give a particular person-Eg. 'The Stalker'. (this one there are a few going around, so usually this label is 'sombody's stalker', or 'stalker from high school' etc). Sometimes though, labels you give are those that are only apprent to you and maybe a few people in your close circle. While other people would generally think otherwise you would label him 'bastard' and that he will remain for life, eventhough you reluctantly admit it to yourself that he truly is one and will always be one towards you.
Gee. i wonder what i am being labeled as...
seeing i have wasted enough time this first morning of Swot Vac i shall bid adieu and go buy a few alarm clocks now. Hello Kitty or Pucca? I think i will get both.
